Well it all started the 8th of April 1986, when Cheri Williams gave birth to an 8 pound baby. Thorsten Williams was born in Chicago Illinois .With his mother having her her third kid Cheri wanted a new start. C
heri was ready to begin a new life. With a good job offer in St.Maarten and father Roosevelt William leaving Thor at the age of three, Cheri kept her head tall and trusted in in god with her whole life and moved to the island of St.Maarten in the Netherlands Antilles
At the age of eight Thor came home from school to a whole environment of music, always watching his older brother rap in church and right out side of the house Thor began to gain a crave for rapping and the hip hop sound. In primary school Thor began taking it on while teachers get mad at Thor in school for not paying attention ,and rapping all the time Thor began to believe in his words, and in his lyrics, and learn that music was his key given gift. Always trusting in god and brought up in a Christian family, at the age of thirteen Thor was well respected when heard ,joining up with team member Sigma he became a member of the Ruff Kross, one of st.maarten’s finest rap groups and always got a positive feed back from from fans of their music With his older brother Trevor and Trevor’s best friend Kyle as his mentors Thor began a thirst, a thirst that was always there since way back and Kyle noticed that, and he said you need to be thirsty in the game never forget that , Thor understood and kept to that name. With the name Thirsty, and at the age of eighteen with 30 fully done song and the growth of his music as well as his performance, his lyrics, and well respected, well known on his home town island of St.Maarten, thirsty is ready to take it all the way to the top with over 75 local and international shows performed at, Thirsty has also gotten the first hand experience of what it would take to get him there In spring of 06 thirsty recently wining the local best of the best talent show, thirsty won first place and won a week stay in New York city to get a first hand look of the industry, with him already keeping his mind ready for the business side of the music thirsty gain the knowledge of being a signed artist. Coming back from his trip to L.A along with Kemet production, Thirsty is ready to work for his dream and his passion and love for music. With the recent passing of his mom two year battle with cancer, thirsty is holding his head strong and trusting in god, his mom, and his music to make this his full time career
